    My husband and I were trying to conceive for about 6 months with our first child. There’s a lot of them. Ovarian cysts, endometriosis, adenomyosis, fertility problems, mood changes, sleep disturbances, hot flashes, skin problems, weight gain, flooding, some cancers, loss of confidence – and on and on. There is no research on isoflavone’s effects on most of these conditions – but if you get your hormones balanced, it seems logical that this should help.
